It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Harold B. Wells, III retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective September 1, 2004, or until further Order; and

It is further ORDERED that effective September 1, 2004, Judge Wells is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division as a settlement judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program and to serve on such Appellate Division parts as ordered by the Appellate Division Presiding Judge for Administration.
