It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Bernard A. Kannen, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective September 1, 2004, or until further Order; and

It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Kannen remains temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Ocean County, Civil Division.
