It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Burrell Ives Humphreys, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective September 10, 2004, or until further Order; and

It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Humphreys remains temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Passaic County, Civil Division.
