It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Charles E. Villanueva, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective September 1, 2004; and

It is further ORDERED that during this one-year recall continuation, Judge Villanueva remains temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Morris/Sussex Vicinage, Civil Division.
