It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge George J. Nicola, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective July 13, 2004, or until further Order; and

It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Nicola remains temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Middlesex County and also is temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel.
