It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge David G. Eynon, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective September 1, 2004, or until further Order; and

It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Eynon remains temporarily assigned to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Camden County and also is temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel.
