It is ORDERED that effective August 1, 2004, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Patricia K. Costello is hereby designated as Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, Essex County (Vicinage 5). This amends the 2003-2004 General Assignment Order dated July 9, 2003 and the amendatory order dated April 21, 2004.
