It is ORDERED that effective July 1, 2004, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Edward M. Neafsey is hereby assigned to the Criminal Division of the Superior Court, Monmouth County (Vicinage 9). This amends the General Assignment Order dated July 9, 2003.
