It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Philip M. Freedman, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective June 4, 2004, or until further order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this one-year recall continuation, Judge Freedman remains temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, on a statewide basis to handle cases under the New Jersey Sexually Violent Predator Act (N.J.S.A. 30:4-27.24).
