It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge B. Thomas Leahy, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective June 2, 2004 or until further Order; and

It is further ORDERED Judge Leahy’s temporary assignment to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Both Vicinage 13 (Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren Counties) and the Union Vicinage is continued.
