Designation of Acting Superior Court Clerk (to Act in Clerk’s Absence)

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:3-1(b), Kathleen McCann is hereby designated as Acting Clerk of the Superior Court in the absence of the Superior Court Clerk, effective May 28, 2004 and until further order; this Order supersedes the Court’s July 22, 1992 Order designating an Acting Clerk of the Superior Court.
