Retraction of Attorney Placed on the 2003 Ineligible List
The New Jersey Lawyers Fund for Client Protection declares that Merrill N. Rubin, Esq., who was admitted to the Bar in 1983, should not have been included on the 2003 Ineligible List. He was included due to circumstances beyond his and the Fund's control. His name should be stricken from the Court Order dated September 5, 2003 and published September 15, 2003. Kenneth J.
