It is ORDERED that effective June 1, 2004, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Edward J. Turnbach is hereby designated as the Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division of the Superior Court, Ocean County (Vicinage 14). This amends the 2003-2004 General Assignment Order dated July 9, 2003.
