It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Edmund R. Bernhard, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective March 15, 2004 or until further Order; and

It is further ORDERED that effective March 15, 2004 Judge Bernhard is temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel and to the Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren (Vicinage 13) Civil Division.
