It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge R. Benjamin Cohen, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective March 1, 2004, or until further Order; and it is further ORDERED that effective March 1, 2004 Judge Cohen is temporarily assigned to the Essex County, Family Division.
