It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Timothy J. Sullivan, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective February 26, 2004 or until further Order; and shall continue to be temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel.
