It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Birger M. Sween, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective March 24, 2004 until further Order, and is temporarily assigned to the Bergen Vicinage in the Law Division, Civil Part and the Chancery Division, Family Part.

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, retired Superior Court Judge Birger M. Sween, serving on recall by the Court’s Order of November 26, 2001, is hereby additionally temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, Bergen County effective March 1, 2004 through March 24, 2004. This amends the assignment portion of the November 26, 2001 Order.
