It is ORDERED that, effective immediately and through June 30, 2004, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, retired Appellate Division Judge Robert E. Gaynor, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court and is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division, as a settlement judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program.
