It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Judge Rosemary Higgins Cass, retired on pension and having given her consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective January 28, 2004 or until further Order; and

It is further ORDERED that effective January 28, 2004 Judge Cass is temporarily assigned to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel.
