Appointments to the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Lawyers Assistance Program
IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1:28B-1(a), C. Stephen Barrett, III, Esquire, is reappointed as a member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Lawyers Assistance Program for a term ending August 31, 2006, retroactive to September 1, 2003. and it is further ORDERED that Beverly A. Williams, Esquire, is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Lawyers Assistance Program for a term ending August 31, 2004, effective immediately. and it is further ORDERED that Douglas S. Brierley is appointed Chair and Richard S. Miller is appointed Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees, each for a term ending August 31, 2004, retroactive to September 1, 2003. For the Court: |
