It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Anthony J. Iuliani, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective January 21, 2004, or until further Order; and

it is further ORDERED that effective January 21, 2004 Judge Iuliani’s temporary assignment to the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, Essex County, is continued.
