Rule Amendments Implementing Supreme Court's Actions on Pollock Commission and Wallace Committee Reports


SUPREME COURT ORDER

In accordance with the Court's September 10, 2003 Administrative Determinations regarding the reports of the Commission on the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Ad Hoc Committee on Bar Admissions, it is ORDERED that the attached amendments to the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey and the Rules of Professional Conduct are adopted to be effective January 1, 2004.
