It is ORDERED that retired Appellate Division Judge David Landau, serving on recall, in addition to any other assignment, is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division, Part H, effective October 20, 2003 through October 26, 2003.

The temporary assignment shall also be in effect for such time prior or subsequent to the aforesaid dates as necessary to decide motions, prepare for and conclude all matters assigned to him.
