Accompanying publication of this Notice to the Bar is amended page 1 of the Statewide Violations Bureau Schedule (Schedule). This amendment to the Schedule was necessitated by enactment of L. 2003, c.89, which increased the fine for violations of N.J.S.A. 39:3-29 (failure to possess or exhibit driver's license, registration or insurance card) to $150. As a result, the new payable amount reflected in the Schedule has been increased to $173, effective Friday, August 15, 2003.
