It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Lawrence Bilder, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective September 1, 2003, or until further Order; and it is further

ORDERED that effective September 1, 2003 Judge Bilder is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division.
