It is ORDERED that effective September 1, 2003, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Joseph E. Kane is hereby designated as the Special Civil Part Judge in the Civil Division of the Superior Court, Atlantic County (Vicinage 1). This amends the 2003-2004 General Assignment Order dated July 9, 2003.
