Notice Home

Pursuant to L. 2003, c. 117 (A-3719), section 41, which amended N.J.S.A. 22A:2-12, the fee for filing the first paper in a divorce (dissolution) action has been increased to $250.00, effective July 2, 2003 (from the previous $200.00). This Notice amends as to this fee only the previous Notice regarding filing fees issued July 1, 2002.
