ORDER

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Peter B. Cooper, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, without pay, effective immediately or until further Order; and it is further

ORDERED that effective immediately Judge Cooper is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Probate Part, Essex County.
