It is ORDERED that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:3-1(b) and N.J.S.A. 2A:5A-2 Rashad A. Shabaka is hereby appointed as Acting Deputy Clerk of Superior Court for Sussex County effective immediately and until further order; this amends the Court's September 14, 1998 order and March 21, 2003 amendatory order as to Sussex County.
