It is ORDERED that effective upon the taking of her oath, and until further Order, Superior Court Judge Ramona A. Santiago is hereby assigned to the Superior Court, Civil Division, Essex County (Vicinage 5). This supplements the 2002-2003 General Assignment Order dated July 18, 2002. Deborah T.
