It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Philip M. Freedman, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is herby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for one year, effective June 4, 2003 or until further Order; and it is further

ORDERED that effective June 4, 2003 Judge Freedman is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, on a Statewide basis to handle the New Jersey Sexually Violent Predator Act (N.J.S.A. 30:4-27.24) cases.

ORDERED that effective July 15, 2003 Judge Lerner is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, Mercer County.
