Pursuant to Rule 2:15-2 of the Rules Governing the Courts of the State of New Jersey, it is Ordered that the following retired Justices of the Supreme Court are reappointed to the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct ("Advisory Committee”), each for a term that will begin September 1, 2003 and expire August 31, 2006:

Hon. Alan B. Handler, Chair
Hon. Daniel J. O’Hern, Vice-Chair

And it is further Ordered that the following member of the Bar also is reappointed to the Advisory Committee for a term that will begin September 1, 2003 and expire August 31, 2006: Robert N. McAllister, Esq.
