It is ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1:39-1 (a), Gerard P. DeVeaux and Carol L. Forte are appointed to the Board on Attorney Certification, each for a term of three years, expiring on December 31, 2005;

And it is further ORDERED that Walter A. Lesnevich is hereby designated as Chair and Carol L. Forte as Vice Chair of the Board, each for a period of one year, expiring on December 31, 2003.
