It is ORDERED that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:3-1(b) and N.J.S.A. 2A:5A-2 Elizabeth Domingo is hereby appointed as Deputy Clerk of Superior Court for Union County, effective April 7, 2003 and until further Order; this Order amends the Court’s September 14, 1998 Order as to Union County and supersedes the Court’s January 6, 2003 Order designating on an interim basis an Acting Deputy Clerk of Superior Court for Union County; this Order also supersedes that portion of the Court’s September 14, 1998 Order that designated Ms. Domingo as Acting Deputy Clerk of Superior Court for Sussex County.
