It is ORDERED that the following retired Appellate Division judges, serving on recall, in addition to any other assignments, are temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division, as a special part to handle appeals from tier classification and notification determinations by the trial courts under the Registration and Community Notification Laws, N.J.S.A. 2C:7-1 et seq. (Megan's Law):

Hon. Thomas S. O'Brien
Hon. David Landau

This order, which supersedes the Court's order of December 24, 1997, is effective immediately and until further order.
