It is ORDERED that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:3-1(b) and N.J.S.A. 2A:5A-2 William Lynch is hereby appointed as Acting Deputy Clerk of Superior Court for Monmouth County, effective February 1, 2003 and until further Order; this Order amends the Court's September 14, 1998 Order as to Monmouth County.
