It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that retired Judge B. Thomas Leahy, serving on recall by the Court's Order of February 2, 2002, is hereby in addition temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, Vicinage 13 (Somerset/Hunterdon/Warren Counties), effective January 10, 2003 or until further Order. This amends the assignment portion of the February 2, 2002 Order.

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Robert Neustadter, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective February 1, 2003 or until further Order; and it is further
ORDERED that effective February 1, 2003 Judge Neustadter is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Criminal Part, Vicinage 1 (Atlantic/Cape May Counties), and to the Intensive Supervision Program Resentencing Panel.

ORDERED that effective January 21, 2003 Judge Iuliani is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, Essex County.
