Please be advised that effective August 13, 2001 and continuing until November 12, 2001, the assignment of matters filed and pending in the civil division in Somerset County only will be as follows. All civil division matters previously assigned to Honorable Robert E. Guterl (prerogative writs and environmental contamination matters) are now assigned to Honorable Helen E. Hoens. All matters previously assigned to Honorable Rosemarie R. Williams (Docket Numbers ending in 2,4,6, and 8) are now assigned to Honorable John F. Richardson. Special Civil Part matters previously assigned to Honorable John F. Richardson are now assigned to Honorable Frank Gasiorowski. As a result of the foregoing, the overall civil division assignments for Somerset County commencing August 13, 2001 and continuing until November 12, 2001 are as follows:

All matters previously designated for peremptory trials by any judge assigned to the civil division will be heard on the date assigned by the newly assigned judge. Counsel should be prepared to proceed as previously scheduled. Case assignments in Hunterdon and Warren Counties are not affected by these alterations.
