It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Kevin M. O’Halloran, retired on pension, and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective August 1, 2001 or until further Order; and it is further
ORDERED that effective August 1, 2001 Judge O’Halloran is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Law Division, Civil Part, Bergen County.
