It is ORDERED that Judge Martin J. Kole, serving on recall by Order of November 17, 1998, is hereby continued on recall through July 31, 2001, or until further Order; and Judge Kole is temporarily assigned to the Superior Court, Appellate Division as a settlement judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program and to the Superior Court, Civil Part, Law Division, Bergen County.
