IN THE 12TH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT
This matter being opened to the Court by application of Dick Zimmer, candidate for election to the United States House of Representatives for the Twelfth Congressional District of the State of New Jersey in the general election on November 7, 2000, seeking a recount pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:28-1 of the votes cast in each and every voting district of the Twelfth Congressional District, and it appearing that the Twelfth Congressional District is comprised of multiple counties including the whole of the County of Hunterdon and portions of the Counties of Mercer, Middlesex, Somerset and Monmouth, and it further appearing that convenience to the parties and judicial economy will be best served by assignment of a single judge to hear this application and all matters incidental thereto;
It is hereby ORDERED that this recount application shall be heard by Assignment Judge Robert Guterl.
