IT IS ORDERED that the Order of June 12, 2000, in respect of reappointments to the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct is vacated; and it is further ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 2:15-2 and effective September 1, 2000, the following members of the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct are reappointed to terms that will expire on August 31, 2003:

ORDERED that effective immediately, the Hon. Daniel J. O’Hern is appointed to the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct for a term that will expire on August 31, 2003; and

ORDERED that effective immediately and until the further Order of the Court, the Hon. Alan B. Handler is designated to serve as Chair of the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct and that the Hon. Daniel J. O’Hern is designated to serve as Vice-Chair.
