IN THE MATTER OF :

ROBERT B. CLARK, : ORDER

AN ATTORNEY AT LAW :

This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the petition of the New Jersey Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection for the release of funds in the amount of $5,863.35 from the Superior Court Trust Fund in reimbursement of claims paid by petitioner on claims against ROBERT B. CLARK, formerly of EAST ORANGE, pursuant to R. 1:28-1, et seq., said funds having been transferred from the attorney accounts of ROBERT B. CLARK by Order of the Court dated May 12, 1999, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the petition is granted and funds in the amount of $5,863.35 together with accrued interest shall be paid and transferred from the Superior Court Trust Fund to the Lawyers' Fund; and it is further

ORDERED that the Lawyers' Fund shall cause this Order to be published in two consecutive issues of the New Jersey Law Journal and the New Jersey Lawyer; and it is further

ORDERED that any person who has a claim to said funds shall notify the Lawyers' Fund in writing at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, CN 961, Trenton, NJ 08625, within thirty days of the final publication of this Order in the above-named publications; and it is further

ORDERED that, if no claims are received by the Lawyers' Fund within the said thirty days, then funds in the amount of $5,863.35 together with accrued interest shall be paid and transferred from the Superior Court Trust Fund to the Lawyers' Fund.

This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the petition of the New Jersey Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection for the release of funds in the amount of $586.00 from the Superior Court Trust Fund in reimbursement of claims paid by petitioner on claims against WILLIAM M. ANTINORE, formerly of WOODBURY, pursuant to R. 1:28-1, et seq., said funds having been transferred from the attorney accounts of WILLIAM M. ANTINORE by Order of the Court dated March 29, 1996, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the petition is granted and funds in the amount of $586.00 together with accrued interest shall be paid and transferred from the Superior Court Trust Fund to the Lawyers' Fund; and it is further

ORDERED that the Lawyers' Fund shall cause this Order to be published in the New Jersey Law Journal and the New Jersey Lawyer; and it is further

ORDERED that any person who has a claim to said funds shall notify the Lawyers' Fund in writing at the Richard J. Hughes Justice Complex, CN 961, Trenton, NJ 08625, within thirty days of publication of this Order in the above-named publications; and it is further

This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the petition of the New Jersey Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection for the release of funds in the amount of $14,889.54 from the Superior Court Trust Fund in reimbursement of claims paid by petitioner on claims against JAMES A. WALDRON, JR., formerly of TRENTON, pursuant to R. 1:28-1, et seq., said funds having been transferred from the attorney accounts of JAMES A. WALDRON, JR., by Order of the Court dated November 10, 1997, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the petition is granted and funds in the amount of $14,889.54 together with accrued interest shall be paid and transferred from the Superior Court Trust Fund to the Lawyers' Fund; and it is further

ORDERED that the Lawyers' Fund shall cause this Order to be published in two consecutive issues of the New Jersey Law Journal and the New Jersey Lawyer; and it is further

This matter having been duly presented to the Court on the petition of the New Jersey Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection for the release of funds in the amount of $10,465.98 from the Superior Court Trust Fund in reimbursement of claims paid by petitioner on claims against MICHAEL E. HAWKINS, of SUITLAND, MARYLAND, pursuant to R. 1:28-1, et seq., said funds having been transferred from the attorney accounts of MICHAEL E. HAWKINS by Order of the Court dated September 22, 1999, and good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the petition is granted and funds in the amount of $10,465.98 together with accrued interest shall be paid and transferred from the Superior Court Trust Fund to the Lawyers' Fund; and it is further

ORDERED that the Lawyers' Fund shall cause this Order to be published in two consecutive issues of the New Jersey Law Journal and the New Jersey Lawyer; and it is further
