TAX COURT OF NEW JERSEY –
SCHEDULE CHANGES TO NEWARK CASES

Effective immediately, all Tax Court cases scheduled to be heard in October 2010 before Judge DeAlmeida or Judge Hayser in Newark will be heard as scheduled by Judge DeAlmeida in Newark.  Cases scheduled to be heard after October 31, 2010 before Judge DeAlmeida in Newark may be rescheduled.  The Tax Court will reschedule hearings as necessary and notify the parties.  The parties are expected to appear on the original hearing date unless otherwise notified.
