NOTICE TO THE BAR

SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY

It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge John A. Conte, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective December 2, 2010, or until further order; and

It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Conte will remain temporarily assigned to the Family Division of Superior Court in Bergen County (Vicinage 2).
