SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, that Superior Court Judge Thomas P. Kelly, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby recalled by the Supreme Court for temporary service within the judicial system, other than the Supreme Court, effective immediately for two years or until further Order; and
It is further ORDERED that during this two-year recall Judge Kelly is temporarily assigned to the Criminal and Family Divisions of Superior Court in Burlington County (Vicinage 3).
