SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Superior Court Judge Salem Vincent Ahto, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective July 2, 2010, or until further order; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this two-year recall continuation, Judge Ahto will be temporarily assigned to the Civil Division of Superior Court in Morris and Sussex Counties (Vicinage 10) and Hudson County (Vicinage 6), to the Criminal Division of Superior Court in Passaic County (Vicinage 11), and to the Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) Resentencing Panel.
