SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
IT IS ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 1:28-1(a) and (b), the following individuals are appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Income on Non-interest Bearing Lawyers Trust Accounts (IOLTA) Fund, effective March 1, 2010, for a term of five years that expires on February 28 of the year indicated:

ORDERED that retroactive to March 1, 2010, Edwin J. McCreedy and Elizabeth S. Bair are designated to serve as Chair and Treasurer, respectively, for the term March 1, 2010 to February 28, 2011.
