SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
The Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Superior Court, and Tax Court Clerk’s Offices, and the Offices of the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court in all twenty-one counties having been closed for the transaction of public business on Wednesday, February10, 2010 because of severe winter weather; and
The Offices of the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court in eleven counties – Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, Salem – having been closed for the transaction of public business for that same reason also on Thursday, February 11, 2010; and
The Offices of the Deputy Clerk of the Superior Court in thirteen counties – Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, Warren – having been closed for the transaction of public business for that same reason also on Friday, February 26, 2010;
It is ORDERED that in the computation of time periods under the Rules of Court and under any statute of limitations, the days on which those court clerks’ offices were thus closed shall be deemed the same as a legal holiday.
