SUPREME COURT OF NEW JERSEY
It is ORDERED that, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 43:6A-13, Appellate Division Judge Richard Newman, retired on pension and having given his consent, is hereby continued on recall by the Supreme Court, for temporary service within the judicial system other than the Supreme Court, for two years, effective April 1, 2010 or until further Order; and
It is FURTHER ORDERED that during this recall continuation, Judge Newman remains temporarily assigned to the Appellate Division of Superior Court as a settlement judge for the Civil Appeals Settlement Program (CASP), as a member of the special part to handle appeals from tier classification and notification determinations by the trial courts under the Registration and Community Notification Laws, N.J.S.A. 2C:7-1 et seq. (Megan’s Law), and to serve on such Appellate Division Parts as ordered by the Appellate Division Presiding Judge for Administration.
